We offer a full range of services from property checks including checking your boiler is working through the winter months, through to stocking fridges for your arrival.

What does the Home Watch Service offer:-

Full property inspection after your departure to ensure everything is secure, alarm set properly.

Perform Key holding and Alarm Response duties by fully licenced S.I.A personnel. So no more worrying about sorting out who is going to respond to your alarm when it is activated.

In conjunction with our successful Alarm Response and Key holding service, Home Watch is a bespoke service which is tailored to your needs.

Below are some examples of what we can offer.

• Check that alarm systems are in working order. If a fault is found be there for the engineer to let them in, and lock up after they have finished.
• Boiler checks during winter months, very important for vacant properties.
• Fridge and freezer check to ensure they are working properly.
• Lighting is functioning, change bulbs if requested.
• Monitor house cleaning & laundry, gardening and window cleaning, or to arrange for these to be done.
• Leaflets, newspapers, or junk mail collected.
• Mail collected and sent on if required.
  Check for damage to house or grounds, this can be done during a full property check.
• Send inspection reports and digital photographs when appropriate via e-mail.
• Meeting deliveries.
• Meeting your guests and giving them entrance to your home.
• Being there for service engineers whether it is your boiler servicing or alarm or anything else.
• We can even buy shopping prior to arrival, or be there for a shopping delivery to put it away.
